PNS Rahat Hospital has been serving the healthcare needs of military personnel and civilians for decades. Established in 1954 as a sick bay within PNS Karsaz, it was upgraded to the Naval Medical Center in 1973 and officially commissioned as PNS Rahat on October 20, 1994. It started to provide essential medical services, the hospital has grown into a trusted facility known for its dedicated staff and patient-focused approach.

While primarily a military hospital, PNS Rahat also provides healthcare services to civilians. Appointments and consultations can be scheduled through the hospital’s outpatient department.

Rules for Visiting
PNS Rahat Hospital
- Patients and attendants must carry proper ID documents such as NIC, NICOP, or a Driver’s License.
- Visiting hours for meeting relatives are from 4 PM to 6 PM.
- Only two attendants are allowed per patient at a time.
- Visitors must maintain silence and avoid using mobile phones loudly in patient areas.
- Smoking and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited on hospital premises.
